I discuss the feeling of loneliness, how it is present for so many of us, and how we can begin to heal, feel, and process feeling lonely. My intention for this episode is to offer you a new view on feeling lonely as well as help you to feel less alone, no matter where you are on your healing journey. I also give a life update, and discuss my own healing journey.
