With unwarranted questions around Max’s on field body language the duo take us through the rugby players who pick you up when you’re down and conversely those that somehow manage to bring you right down when you’re up! 

Ryan breaks new ground as a pundit as he prepares to do something no other pro has ever done (apparently… according to Ryan… with very little empirical evidence and absolutely no fact checking from the MoN production team)

With Antoine Dupont heading to the 7s circuit the lads (du)pontificate on the make up of their Ultimate home nations 7s team for next years Olympics (hint: very fast with very little size….)
