After taking the "Understand Myself" personality test based on the Big Five aspects, Matt and Chris take the Myers-Briggs and Enneagram to get a more comprehensive look at their personality types.

As Matt says, the results of the personality test shouldn't be too much of a surprise, but if they are, perhaps that points to some areas you can work on in your relationships and daily interactions. Chris points out that, having taken many personality tests as part of his business with private equity groups, the results of the test can tell you what roles you could succeed in, and what roles you are likely to struggle with. As he puts it, everyone wants to be the CEO, but few have the right personality when it comes to living the job every day.
