James Haskell is a former international rugby player. With 77 caps for England, he is today, the 13th highest capped player for England of all time! James' career spanned across an incredible 17 years playing his rugby all over the world. He was also a part of the 2017 British Lions tour squad who played in New Zealand in 2017.

Today James is an author having recently released his Sunday Times best seller 'What A Flanker' - he is a DJ having just released his debut single 'Make You Feel' - he is also a speaker, MMA fighter and podcaster. This was one of my favourite conversations so far, I hope you enjoy.
