We sat down with Shauna to unpack her latest book (one of our very favorites of 2022) entitled, “I Guess I Haven’t Learned that Yet.” Shauna shares her journey of navigating life in a season of big change, about learning to let go, remake your life, and what it means to start over with curiosity and self-compassion.
