Niamh has been to the dentist and Gearoid has a fear of needles but he is planning on them being a big part of 2024. In the mailbag we have a follow up from the woman who couldn't take her dog when she left her cheating husband, we also have a problem from someone with an interfering two-faced relative and we have tough love for someone who is a afraid of hospitals but needs to go for tests.
