I couldn’t be more excited to introduce you to Pat Godfrey, and listen to us talk not only about Pat’s career, but also about the amazing work that he is doing with athletes in New York City.   Pat has been instrumental in founding the Elite Five, delivering a low cost recruiting opportunity to diverse and low income kids in NYC’s five boroughs, making a statement to the rest of the country that might not have historically thought of New York as a hotbed for top end football talent.

We talk about lessons learned through Pat’s own journey, how they formed his no quit attitude and his knowing  that regardless of people NOT being able to see you do the work, its all importance and being the place where the habits are developed.  We are also going to talk about checking ego at the door and being able to buy into something that's greater than yourself, going to war.
