Mike Kalika has traveled to hundreds of Jiu Jitsu academies photographing and interviewing Jiu Jitsu practitioners and getting them to share their personal stories. Mike's photos are unique in the world of social media. Mike makes sure we see the stripped-down versions of his subjects instead of the glamorized photos most often found online, allowing the viewer to see themselves in his work.
