I cant believe I am doing this: to record a 14-day fast on intenet. Although I did 14-day and 30-day before, it doesn't get anywhere easier! I feel hungry 10+ times today already! And it's only the first day! By the end of the day before Midnight comes, I decided to upload my first episode of this journey. I want to record my ups and downs, share what I know from studies, researches, and personal experience. I am not a doctor, I am just a normal person who do my own research, listen to my body carefully, and have had a few different fasting experience in the past many years (started many and finished few, sounds familiar? 😄). My goal is to fast, meditate, keep muscle mass, improve brain function, reduce pain level/inflammatory to the lowest level (again) and keep it there. My goal of fasting has always been more about wholesome wellbeing, not to lose weight. If you have always wanted to start, I am your partner in crime. Come on, join me, let's nail it.
