Season 2, Episode #55. Not Me, But You! Podcast. Thank you for all of the downloads. 

I cover 12 ETF's in this episode (actually 11 ETF's and 1 closed end fund). Please do your own research and invest knowing this involves risk. You need to accept responsibility for the money that you choose invest and the result of choosing to invest. The List: WDTE, OARK, OXLC, ULTY, MSTY, YMAX, YMAG, QDTE, XDTE, SMCY, TSYY and YBTC. 

If you used these ETF's for only 2 years, they could accelerate your path toward wealth, presuming the divdiends didn't severely change within that 2 year time period. 

Utilizing these ETF's are part of an overall strategy to generate weekly/monthly cash flow. Then the dividend money (the cash) is rotated into LESS risky investments, but also into additional shares of the original investment. I aslo invest (save) a portion of the dividends in Bitcoin. 

Bitcoin is the best performing long term growth asset on the planet. Better than any stock. And anyone who bought/held Bitcoin for at least 4 years, NEVER lost money! 

Remember: when you are using dividend money to buy additional shares of the original investment, you are getting those shares for FREE! This lowers your overall cost per share and reduces your risk over time. 

You can also buy/hold these ETF's INSIDE or your Traditional IRA or your Roth IRA. And you can, of course, also buy/hold them inside your regular brokerage account. Inside of your Traditional IRA, the gains/profits/dividends grow TAX DEFERRED. Inside of the Roth IRA, the gains/profits/dividends grow TAX FREE! 

Remember that you have to OUTPACE the true rate of inflation. That's your main goal as in investor. Earning just 3% or 4% per year in some random investments, will NOT accomplish this. You will be losing "purchasing power" on your money invested at 3% or 4% returns per year. 

Do you know who Ronald Wayne is? He was an orginal investor in Apple. He sold TOO EARLY. If he still held his shares of Apple stock today, they would be workth Billions and Billions of dollars! He had a 10% stake in the company. But this happens routinely with early investors. Unfortunately, it is very common because people "panic sell" too early due to anxiety, or doubt or any combination of life events/emotions. Be an "early investor" with Bitcoin. Buy it and hold it and don't sell it! IF you do this, 10 years from now, you will be very happy and very wealthy.
