Paul is the former head coach of Franklin (IN) College. Today he joins us to talk about his unique background in the sport of track and field and how that led him to eventually be the first full time director of track and field for the Franklin Grizzlies. After overseeing the development and building of a new home facility and winning multiple conference champions, Paul decided to retire from coaching and open up his own track equipment selling business.
