How many of you feel like your desk at work is kinda like your second junk drawer at home? I know sometimes mine can get a little overwhelming with ALL the things, but for sure there are things that I need to keep in there that just make life easier. And that is what some days are about…just making things easier.

In this week's episode I am sharing some insight into those things that I think are must haves for your desk and some ideas from my Instagram followers, who I recently surveyed. There were so many items that I had not thought about that just made sense!

And as an added bonus, I'm sharing some creative ways to connect with your paraprofessionals and make them feel seen and heard throughout the year.
