In this episode of The Real Build, I sat down with Keith Callaway Jr., Owner of K&L Industries. Keith and I discussed some important topics within the construction industry. These topics were hiring, dealing with employees, communication, and family business.  

Growing up, Keith didn't live a bad life. He had a great family that helped provide for him. He got married young but, after years of drifting apart, eventually got divorced. From there, he started going down a darker path. This led to an encounter with meth. Which then led him down a path of daily use. He had no money, and his addiction took control over his life. He fast-tracked his life to nothing. 

But Keith eventually changed his life for the better. After many years of addiction, he is now sober. 

This brings us to today. The company he co-founded K&L Industries with his Father is one of the busiest pavers in the Northwest. Keith is passionate about paving.
