This week's guest was drafted out of high school, in the 13th round of the 1981 MLB draft, by the Chicago Cubs. He eventually found his way into coaching, where he procured an impressive resume on all levels of the game. He has two sons, one of which, Tyler, was previously on the show a few episodes ago.
