Grant Trebilco is a surfer,  mental health awareness advocate, salt water therapist, and founder of the (epic) One Wave Is All It Takes and Fluro Friday mental health and stigma reduction initiatives. Recently, I was watching a documentary about addiction and mental health and a speaker on the show said “We can turn our liabilities into assets”.  In my opinion Grant is the epitome of this statement. After years of hiding his mental health issues and battles with Bipolar disorder, Grant decided to take action, and make change in his life and the lives of others. In this week's episode, Grant is with me live from Canguu Bali, to share his journey, experiences, challenges and hopes for the future.
