In this episode of The Real Build, I sat down with Josh Sanders, owner of Sanders and Sons Handyman LLC, Johnson City, Tennessee. Josh and I talked about everything you need to look for before hiring your next handyman service. Having a good handyman service is essential. From churches to construction companies, Josh Sanders has 14 years of experience building teams of volunteers and paid staff. He's Worked in sales since the age of 16 and most recently took a remodel company's sales from 150-250k per month to 1.2 million in a month. 

Last June, Josh Started his own Handyman and Bathroom remodeling business and did almost 500k in revenue in 6 months. It Will be a million-dollar business by the end of year two. 

Since he was little, Josh has been involved in construction and handyman service, working with his dad. He loves building things, teams, people, culture. He loves helping others build those things as well. He has a passion and goal for helping small businesses, specifically the trades in 2022-2023, get started the right way and find all the assistance necessary.
