Robb is a successful entrepreneur, speaker, coach, author and man of passion. His greatest passion is his family. Watching his wife and kids do what they love and being able to help and inspire them to do what they love, is what fires Robb up. The inspiration he gives to leaders is the same he gives to his family.

He doesn’t like to categorize his time. He doesn’t put on his work hat or his family hat. To Robb, that’s tiring and unhealthy and causes undue stress. He views his life as one wheel with many spokes. He is whoever he is wherever he goes. There’s an ease and expectancy to it. He’s free to be himself and feels liberating to Robb.

Today so many people are into self-help they think if I could just be like this person or that person, I’d be a better me. Robb sees this as a fallacy and a huge waste of energy. Stop trying to make a better you or compare yourself to others. Robb challenges you to channel that energy into defining the seeds of greatness that are already in you. To Robb, this is what authenticity is really all about.

“Live a passionate life. When you live a passionate life, you are going to catch other people on fire and allow them to live more passionate lives too.”

“You can only give when you got. Put yourself in a position to receive the good things in life the more of those powerful things you can give.”

“An individual who lived a life on purpose and helped others discover why they exist on the planet.”
