China has 5 bases in the Antarctic, but no one except China really knows what takes place on them. The U.S. and other countries that are supposed to be monitoring the bases have been lax about checking, and there is evidence to suggest China's doing more than just scientific research down there. Joining us on this episode of China Unscripted is Alex Gray, a senior fellow in national security affairs at the American Foreign Policy Council.
