The summer games in Paris seem only like yesterday, but we're now a year away from the Winter Paralympics in Milan - the 50th anniversary of the very first.

79 gold medals will be available during the Games starting on March 6th 2026. We hear from former Paralympics GB star Callum Deboys on his experience in Beijing 3 years ago and his switch to Para cycling!

We are also joined by two Team GB stars Lilah Fear and Lewis Gibson who finished 3rd in the recent European Ice Skating Champs and head off to the Worlds in Boston later this month.
