What follows? This team member is empowered to engage in the 100% unique ways only they can, since they’ve been seen, heard, and valued as their whole person, not just as an employee.
If you start with the work and connect it to the individual team member, those 100% unique ways only they can engage get lost in the sauce, as we like to say.
What follows? Good work, but more generic work that lacks connection and passion behind it.
