Today's guest is a utility player who was born and raised in Michigan and was drafted to the big leagues in the 28th round of the 2008 MLB draft. He opted not to sign, and instead went on to play at Bowling Green University where he set multiple records for their program. Fast forward to 2011 and he was drafted by the Blue Jays. He persevered through 800 minor league games, where he eventually made his major league debut in September of 2018.
