Francis Miller is a highly experienced and accomplished martial artist, with 30 years of experience in Taekwon-Do, 25 years in Kickboxing, and 9 years in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He holds the following belts:

- 6th Degree Black Belt in ITF Taekwon-Do
- 6th Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing
- Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Francis is the head instructor at Evolution Martial Arts, and is also a national coach for the ITF England Taekwon-Do team, where he has been involved for the past 9 years. In addition, he is the Royal Navy and Royal Marines ITF Taekwon-Do coach.

Throughout his career, Francis has won numerous international and national titles and has taught thousands of students, producing numerous national and international champions in all styles taught at Evolution Martial Arts.

Expect to get the everyday perspective on what Taekwon-Do is, if patterns transfer well to sparring/fighting, competing internationally, whether the modern rules have ruined the art, what Francis would choose in a street fight: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Taekwon-Do and much more...
