In this episode of The Real Build, I featured Liza Blas of Very Happy Stories. Liza is the host of the Very Happy Stories podcast, and she also inspires, validates & empowers caregivers of children with challenging conditions.

I wanted to have Liza discuss a crucial topic that not many people discuss. That topic is mold and how we should check for it and ensure our families and ourselves are fully protected. Liza's kids are recovering from Lyme disease, and one of the main issues in people unable to recover is due to mold exposure. Mold is a significant driver in chronic illness in people today. Awareness is critical, especially when it comes to renovations and flipping. We discussed proper remediation and the importance of working with experienced teams and leaders in the industry. Liza was motivated to help others struggling with similar challenges. Building on real-life stories of challenges and obstacles, she brings light out of darkness, providing empathy, validation, and inspiration to parents with similar struggles. She guides followers and audiences and coaches clients from surviving to thriving.
