In this episode of The Real Build, I sat down with Michael Leonetti, owner of Mastercraft Exteriors in Williamstown, NJ.  Michael specializes in Roofing and Siding construction.  Michael and I discussed his process from start to finish and what you need to look for when doing your next siding project.  We discussed the importance of using quality siding like Hardi Board and how it may cost a little more to use, but it will last a lot longer.  

Michael Leonetti has been working on homes since he was ten years old, earning extra cash and helping his dad with the labor involved with flipping houses. A strong work ethic is in his DNA. So too is entrepreneurship.

After building a property cleanout and power washing business from the ground up, Mike expanded to property maintenance, home flipping, and ultimately to a general contractor.
