Today I’m sharing why I’m taking a social media break in September and the positive ways it’s impacted my life—especially during such a challenging season in the world. I open up about going from 90% to 100% known with my friends and what that freedom feels like—fully known and fully loved. I reflect on the value of life, how I spend my time off social media living a rich and meaningful life, and how processing something so traumatic feels different when you step away from the online noise. I also talk about how God is working all things together for good. This episode is a bit of a smorgasbord, straight from my heart, as if we were sitting together at the park just chatting.
