Neil Allman was my very first strength coach in 2010. He believed in me before I believed in myself, and mentored me through my first CrossFit Coaching position. He taught me that hard work and curiosity can get you to the goals you want to accomplish, and I consider him one of THE BEST coaches there is. Although the audio is nowhere near perfect, I hope you enjoy my episode with one of my favorite people in the world as we talk about program design, gaining weight while aiming for strength, and when to start kids weightlifting!
