Who are these “Food Police”? In the Intuitive Eating book, the Food Police are thoughts that control and manipulate our food choices, often (if not always) overriding our intuition and interoceptive awareness. Essentially, they rob us of autonomy around food, and police our every meal and morsel.
So, let’s get to firing those Food Police.
