Maria and I discussed her technology and how it improves the construction industry.  The construction industry is one of the slowest growing industries regarding new technology.  Many years have gone by and contractors still use old processes and materials.  But the future is bright for the industry as new technology like Maria's is advancing the industry in many ways.
