Coaches, therapists, healers... it's time to have the conversation about somatics. SOMA, meaning the body, carries deep cellular memories that are crucial to the healing journey. Whether we're talking about behavior recognition, pattern disruption, trauma healing, or similar, somatics cannot be left out of the conversation anymore.
