Is your soul telling you to wait on something or are you giving into fear again?

Your nervous system wants to feel safety over anything else. But how it interprets safety… Is not always correct.

Sometimes staying in what feels the most familiar FEELS safe but is actually destroying your soul's capacity to grow.

We misinterpret the sign by believing that it's not the right time to act, that we need more time to prepare, that's something else needs to line up in order for us to take action.

But truthfully, you're operating from a nervous system that is in survival mode.

It says, why change something when it's easier to continue to do exactly what we're doing even if we're unhappy with the results we're getting. It's too much work to do the Shadow work. It's too much work to shift our identities. It is too much work to change our habits and thoughts and behaviors.

It's easier here.

It's easier, but is it better?

Is waiting giving your soul the room and space to grow? Is waiting giving your soul permission to explore?

My nervous system has been collapsing for the last two weeks and here is a real time account of what I'm experiencing. Something about a nervous system that is slowly in decline is that it's really hard to catch and it will sneak up on you.

Perhaps you have experienced some of the symptoms or are currently experiencing the symptoms yourself. As somebody who teaches about the nervous system, it simultaneously is really awesome and it sucks to be so hyper aware when your system is approaching a collapse.

For me, I am very aware of my energy rhythms and currently the biggest take away is that any energy that I'm generating is going towards processing emotions to the point where afterwards I don't have anything left for other things. I'm grateful that this emotions have a place to exist in my physical body and that my body is alchemizing them at this intense rate, but it doesn't change the fact that it is incredibly exhausting!

All the excitement you felt around your decisions is now feeling more emotional. These delayed emotions might make you second guess your choices, or dysregulate your nervous system. But that's truly the test! You're being asked to backtrack and look at the wounds you overlooked and maybe acted out of integrity towards. We're there casualties in your moves?

Think of this eclipse as a clearing. The Pisces energy says lets close chapter for real and virgo energy says step into this self-realized energy for real. The emotional and logically meet together.
