I created a meditation to help you do exactly this - to help you see opportunities and take action toward your goals. I practice this daily, and it has changed my life completely. It even helped me bounce back during one of my toughest times. I'll tell you that full story soon.
This meditation uses mindset affirmations - positive statements that we repeat to ourselves to build new thought patterns. You can use this technique to develop any mindset you want.
In this meditation, we'll focus on two main mindsets:
Here's why this works: Your brain is always trying to predict what will happen next. It prepares your thoughts, feelings, and even your body for what it thinks is coming.
Think of it like this: We all tell ourselves stories about how our lives will turn out, and then we act in ways that make those stories come true. The good news? We can choose better stories to tell ourselves.
