For years, I was stuck in a cycle of burnout, juggling multiple jobs, school, and personal challenges, all while neglecting my mental, physical, and spiritual health. In this episode, I share my personal experience of pushing myself to a breaking point — working late nights, relying on caffeine and other stimulants, and eventually facing the inevitable crash.

Signs of Survival Mode: These include constant stress, difficulty concentrating, exhaustion, emotional numbness, reactive behavior, short-term thinking, hypervigilance, avoidance of challenges, poor self-care, and feeling stuck.
