A culmination of health issues in Dr. Amy Rachelle's life when she was in her 20's eventually led her to seek healing -in what turned out to be through veganism, raw food, fasting and emotional work. In this episode, Amy, leads us to the basic understanding on the gut level, gut instinct, intuition and our nutrition that can bring us to the healing that we've been looking for.
