Anybody else been having the craziest dreams lately? We have and needed to dig into why. We are talking dreams and nightmares with Dylan Selterman, Senior Lecturer in the Psychology Department at the University of Maryland and manager of the DREAM Lab (Dreams, Relationships, Emotions, Attractions and Morality) there. We discuss what certain types of dreams mean-- if anything, our recent sex dreams, Cumpanion submitted dreams, and how dreams we have while sleeping can affect our relationships with people in our awake lives. We learn about lucid dreaming and how to start doing it and finally Dylan tells us about his recent study and invites all of us to participate in scientific research about dreams during the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic here.
