In this episode we look at what asking for help looks like and what the benefits are. We explore a situation where I was experiencing the need for something, didn't know what it was, and soon discovered that asking for help would provide me knowledge on what I was asking about and so much more. 

Help is my new favorite word. It builds community and allows others to contribute. It is an inclusive word that when spoken alters and shifts reality into one of group, and not individualtiy.
