If you spend any time at all hanging around the Westby Racing pit at a MotoAmerica event, you'll certainly see Ed Sullivan with his hands all over Mathew Scholtz's Yamaha YZF-R1. And if you don't see him initially, you'll likely hear a British accent coming from the team's awning at some point. That would be Sullivan. We caught up with the Westby Racing crew chief on this week's episode of Off Track With Carruthers And Bice to discuss the team, Scholtz, the season past and Sullivan's plans to contest next year's Daytona 200 as a rider.
