Australian Troy Herfoss will arrive at New Jersey Motorsports Park next week two points behind Kyle Wyman in their battle for the 2024 Mission King Of The Baggers Championship. Two points basically equals winner-take-all. For the umpteenth time this season, Herfoss will have to learn a new track in the first practice session, get up to speed, and ready himself and his S&S/Indian Motorcycle's Challenger for two races that will determine the outcome of the championship. It's going to be fun to watch. We caught up with Herfoss this week to talk about his season thus far and so much more on this week's episode of Off Track With Carruthers And Bice.

Rahal Ducati Moto's PJ Jacobsen rolls into this weekend's penultimate round of the MotoAmerica Supersport Championship trailing his season-long rival Mathew Scholtz by 25 points. To have any real chance of taking the title, Jacobsen probably needs to win all four of the remaining races, including this week's two races at Circuit of The America. We caught up with Jacobsen prior to the start of the weekend to chat about the title chase, his first season with the Rahal team, his two dynamic passes in Supersport racing at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, and more on this week's episode of Off Track With Carruthers And Bice.

Strack Racing's Mathew Scholtz heads to Circuit of The Americas in Austin Texas, next week with a 25-point lead in the 2024 MotoAmerica Supersport Championship. Left without a ride when the Westby Racing Superbike team folded at the end of last season, Scholtz took a step back to race in the Supersport class. And it's worked to perfection. The South African, who now calls Georgia home, has won seven races and has stood on the podium in 13 of 14 races. He's also had some battles royale with his rival in the title chase, PJ Jacobsen. We caught up with Scholtz prior to the final two rounds of the title chase to talk about his season, the rivalry with Jacobsen, his past, and his future on this week's episode of Off Track With Carruthers And Bice.

Spend any time with Larry Pegram and there's one thing that's certain - you're gonna laugh. But in case you don't know, Pegram is no joke when it comes to racing a motorcycle. Any kind of motorcycle. Case in point: Pegram has won three AMA Superbike races and multiple AMA Grand National Flat Tracks. At the ripe young age of 51, Pegram recently raced in the MotoAmerica Supersport class at our WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca round, finishing 15th and 11th in the two races. Next weekend, August 16-18, Pegram is going to throw his leg over the TopPro Suzuki GSX-R750 again as MotoAmerica brings the series back to Pegram's home track of Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. We chatted with Pegram about his racing, past and present, his new challenge of racing cars with his teenaged daughter, and his highly successful business, Pure Ohio Wellness, in this week's episode of Off Track With Carruthers And Bice.

Richie Alexander has been round the racing block more than a few times and always with success. Let's see... the New Yorker raced, winning an AMA Supersport Championship in 1998, he was instrumental in bringing Michael Jordan into the AMA paddock as a team owner, he's managed teams with his nephew Corey Alexander as the rider, and he's currently playing a big role in helping Rahal Ducati Moto succeed it in its first year of MotoAmerica racing with PJ Jacobsen, Kayla Yaakov and Corey Alexander all in the top six in the current Supersport Championship. Additionally, Alexander and his family own and operate Hudson Valley Motorcycles in Ossing, New York, the oldest continually running motorcycle dealership in the country. We caught up with the life-long motorcyclist for this episode of Off Track With Carruthers And Bice to talk about all that and more.

If you race motorcycles in the MotoAmerica Championship, chances are you have Dr. Tom Bryan's phone number on speed dial. If you don't, you should. Bryan is basically our surgeon to the stars and his list of patients reads like a who's who of motorcycle racing. We caught up with Bryan for this week's Off Track With Carruthers And Bice to talk about things of which we had very little knowledge. And we're now the wiser for it.

Intelligent and well-spoken, Jayson Uribe may be the perfect podcast guest. He's also pretty handy on a motorcycle. Oh, and he's also a fire fighter and an entrepreneur. We caught up with Uribe hot off his two second-place finishes in the Stock 1000 class at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca and leading into a break for the Californian before the Stock 1000 Championship showdown at New Jersey Motorsports Park in September for this week's episode of Off Track With Carruthers And Bice.
