Joining Eric today is a catcher who grew up in Tennessee and attended the University of North Carolina. He was drafted in 2012 MLB draft and made his big league debut in 2016. In 2019 he established himself as an MLB regular with the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 2021 he won his first golden glove as the catcher in the National League. Welcome to the show Jacob Stallings.
