Colby "Golden Boy” Thickenesse is a 23 year old professional MMA fighter, he trains out of Freestyle fighting gym under legendary head coach Joe Lopez. He caught me a little off-guard with his level of depth, sincerity and kindness. It was so inspiring to speak with a young man of his age who possesses such a high-level of discipline and self-belief.  He is a man with a dream who cultivates a champion mind-set in all aspects of his life. I really loved this conversation...
