    🥩 Lean Proteins (Choose from these daily):
    • Chicken breast

    • Ground turkey

    • Salmon or white fish

    • Eggs or egg whites

    • Greek yogurt (low sugar)

    • Cottage cheese

    • Protein powder (clean ingredients)

    • Tofu or tempeh

      🥑 Healthy Fats (Small portions nourish hormones + satiety):
      • Avocado

      • Olive oil

      • Nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)

      • Nut butters (watch for added sugar)

      • Seeds (chia, flax, pumpkin, hemp)

      • Fatty fish like salmon

      • Coconut oil (sparingly)

        🍠 Complex Carbs with Fiber (Energy + digestion support):
        • Sweet potatoes

        • Oats (steel-cut or rolled)

        • Quinoa

        • Brown rice

        • Lentils & beans

        • Whole grain bread or wraps

        • Chickpeas

        • Whole grain pasta (like chickpea or lentil pasta)

          🥦 Fruits & Veggies (God’s natural pharmacy):
          • Leafy greens: spinach, kale, arugula

          • Cruciferous: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage

          • Colorful picks: bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes, squash

          • Berries: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries

          • Bananas, apples, oranges, grapes, pineapple

          • Frozen produce (great for smoothies or stir-fry!)
