This week's guest is Life + Energy Coach, CiiCii. CiiCii is best known among her millions of followers as a content creator, podcast host of That Bitch is Positive, and a singer/songwriter. Her debut book, Show Up As Her (Mango Publishing, April 30, 2024) is a guide to discovering yourself, your power, and your dream reality. CiiCii shares spiritual, psychological, and actionable steps to aid readers in committing to their desired self. Each chapter illustrates how to reclaim your power from a specific area of your life (your thoughts, your emotions, dating) so you can manifest your desired life consciously, rather than falling prey to your past repeatedly.

CiiCii received a Life Coach certification from Tony Robbins and Chloe Madanes. CiiCii has hit millions across her social media platforms and recently reached 1.7 million on Instagram alone, helping them become the subjects of their own lives again by sharing relatable content about spirituality, relationships, life, and self-help.

CiiCii has two mini golden doodle puppies named Max and Mia. A day in the life includes a morning meditation, followed by praying and setting her intentions for the day. Every night she hula hoops for 30 minutes and uses a Gua Sha to move out energy.
