This week's guest is Ann Edgecliff. From a young age Ann Edgecliff knew that she had a special connection with spirits. As she got older, she continued to fine-tune her gift, eventually combining her channeling ability with reiki, and using it to help people in all stages of life, including those in hospice. This week's episode dives into the power of breathwork. Jesse Bennett is a children’s book author, wellness expert, and Yoga and Pilates teacher.
