She is a drug problem prevention expert using policy and strategic planning to drive forward social justice.She is a Evaluator, Director, Leader, Federal, State, & Local Government Manager & Consultant, a Policy Scientist & Expert Strategic Planner. She conferred a Bachelor in health education then a Master of Public Health at San Diego State University. She got her PhD in Public Policy and Administration, Nonprofit Management and Leadership at Walden University.
