Team owner/racer Michael Gilbert finished fourth in last year's MotoAmerica Stock 1000 Championship, missing out on second in the title chase by just five points, and he also finished fourth in the Superbike Cup. Last week in Texas, Gilbert's team rolled into Circuit of The Americas in style with its 18-wheeler nicely wrapped with team sponsors Cycle World powered by Octane and Chuckwalla Racing prominently on display for all to see. Now a premier MotoAmerica Superbike team, Gilbert will compete in both Stock 100 and MotoAmerica Medallia Superbike in 2022 and he will do so with a big presence in paddock. We talked to Gilbert for this week's episode of Off Track With Carruthers And Bice to talk about the newest rendition of Michael Gilbert Racing and much more.
