Ricky Roberts tunes in from St. Petersburgh, Florida, USA to check-in since last time he was on the show. Ricky discusses his latest writing endeavour, his more recent mental health issues of the last couple of years, finding his feet with parenting, why he is still progressing on a skateboard in his mid 40's, the success of his book "Thank you Skateboarding" and much more. I feel a real affinity with Ricky; we are the same age, bald, we have beards, similar complexion, similar family background story amongst other things. This conversation is analytical in it's general nature, but during the second half, it kind of takes a serious path as we discuss our experiences with loss, grief, overdose and suicide.
