This week Ian "Chef" Larios shares his journey into becoming regarded as the world's best (and most sought after) Nutritionist and Dietician for the world's best fighters. After getting an opportunity to work with Sergio Pettis almost ten years ago, he has since been invited to be part of fight camps with the likes of Daniel Cormier, newly crowned light heavy weight champion, Jamal Hill, and interim featherweight champion Yair Rodriguez. Ian joins me live from his home in Bali and shares:

His childhood growing with parents as international school teachers.
