“It’s your list — not someone else’s.”
3️⃣ Follow it for 24 hours.
You’re not committing forever — just one peaceful, planned day.
4️⃣ Notice how you feel — mentally, physically, spiritually.
This is how you begin to create peace with food.
“God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.” — 2 Timothy 1:7
Protocol isn’t about control — it’s about peace.
