With the New Year come the inevitable resolutions which Ryan has bafflingly decided to stick to. Some good drills, poo pills (it’s almost exactly what it sounds like) and a very big one… but can he last until Feb? In fact can he last the week with the boys together again. Max promises to be happier, with some philosophical musings around the need for it.

On the rugby front Max’s chassis gets some serious air time after Bristol’s long awaited win away at Sale and the boys break down the Premiership match of the season so far. A 78 point thriller between Exeter and Northampton. Let’s make the Prem more like Super Rugby one of the many topics of discussion.
