This week, past guest, Psychologist, and Jui Jitsu enthusiast Mark Baxter joins me along with Artist, Curator of the Sporulation Psychedelic Art Festival, and Exercise Physiologist Melissa Errey. The three of us have an open conversation about mental health, it's inevitable fluctuations, trauma, and beyond. Melissa shares elements of her personal story which is brave and appreciated. Mark weighs in to address the news around the TGA's re-scheduling of Psilocybin and MDMA for Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and the reality of it's accessibility and gradual integration. The conversations goes off on a variety of different tangents, however, to summate, both Mel and Mark are passionate about improving positive mental health outcomes for people. It's that simple. Yes, there is much talk about the use of Psychedelics, their potential benefits, potential harms. It's an education, so listen with an open heart and an open mind.
