Blake Bourne is a 24 yr old from country Victoria, Australia who is attempting to break the world record attempt to become the fastest person to cross the Simpson Desert on foot. Running 380km from one side to the other, in less than 3 days and 8 hours. The equivalent of 9 marathons. Blake’s aim is to raise $38,000 for Black Dog Institute - representing $100 for every km ran. And to encourage Australians to get out there and take control of their own mental health.
